Arrows offers a listening ear and provides advice and information for people facing substance use issues.

Our one-to-one and peer group support helps to build motivation, set goals and manage dependency. Arrows is a service for anyone worried about alcohol and drug use, whether their own or a loved one’s. Support is available to anyone with any concerns, no matter how big or small.

Acupuncture – 2 to 3pm – Arrows service
Narcotics Anonymous (NA) – 6.30 to 7.30pm – The Bow café
Music group – 3.30 to 5.30pm – The Bow café

Wednesday
Smart Recovery – 10.30 to 11.30am – The Bow café

Thursday
Acupuncture – 2 to 3pm – Arrows service
Drop-in – 5.30 to 6.30pm – Arrows service
Smart Recovery – 6.30 to 7.30pm – Arrows service
Drop-in – 7.30 to 9pm – Arrows service
Sound bath – 10.30am to 1pm (every two weeks) – Arrows service
